Introduction to Vinyasa Yoga

This specially structured six week course will introduce you to the principles of Vinyasa yoga – linked movement and breath, different sequencing and pose variations.
During the course Ema and Ana will break down common transitions and sequences, teaching correct execution of each constituent part while building strength and movement patterns for these transitions.

Blossom into Renewal – Springtime Yin-Vin

An inspiring two-hour workshop with a sweet yin practice to throw open the doors and windows of the body and mind and clean out the dust of the winter, moving into a refreshing vinyasa flow to harness the fresh energy of the burgeoning spring season! The practice will be woven together by meditation to clear and focus our vision, cultivating courage and decisiveness as we leap forward into the bright days of spring.
