Yoga For Weightlifters workshop
A special 90minute yoga workshop for weightlifters and strength trainers who are looking to make their practice safe, pain free and more efficient, using the practices of yoga to build mindfulness, mobility and integrity in movement.
Fitforit Training Systems and Yoga Ema are excited to bring you a special workshop focused on making your lifting more efficient, safe, powerful and pain free by complementing your training with yoga.
Yoga is more than stretching – it is the integrated practice of movement, breath and awareness, that gives you every greater control and understanding of your body and mind.
This 90 minute workshop will introduce postures and sequences that will speed recovery, improve range of motion, but also give you an improved sense of proprioception and understanding of your body to find the most powerful lifts yet. Find space and integrity to boost your strength and your power!
Saturday 14th March, from 12 til 1.30pm, all taking place at the Fitforit Studio at 10 Clarkston Road, Cathcart.
