Strong Vinyasa weaves together principles of hatha, ashtanga and vinyasa yoga to create a strong, creative and fun class that lays the foundations for efficient and integrated patterns in the body and mind in order to find freedom of movement and inner confidence.
Each class will include breath and subtle body work, unique tailor-made flows to challenge and inspire, finishing with restorative and grounding postures and guided relaxations.
There will always be options for varying abilities, however some experience of yoga is recommended.

This evening class will combine strong and creative fun flows with seated flexibility work, pranayama and guided meditations to energise, open and ground – perfectly inspiring to get through the middle of the week.

This class is suitable for complete beginners, and ideal for those who do other sorts of fitness and would like to find more space and connection within their body. Release tension and build healthy patterns of movement. Learn the foundational yoga postures, and how to use the breath to support us in movement and relaxation.

For those who have done some yoga before, we will move through strong and beautiful sequences. Build strength and find new corners of space. Modifications for varied levels will always be available so everyone can explore the possibilities of their own body. Dive within through breathwork and guided meditations.
