Strong Vinyasa at MCY
Magic Monday! This vinyasa class is designed to strengthen, awaken, and inspire. Every class combines a creatively sequenced flow that is fun and challenging, with an energetic and philosophical focus. We use an engaging physical practice to explore philosophy in a practical way that will help us live better and more joyfully.
This class combines influences of hatha and ashtanga yoga, and integrates meditation an pranayama as well as practical explorations of the philosophy of yoga.

mixed levels Vinyasa at The Art School
Mixed levels dynamic vinyasa which uses creative sequencing and intelligent cueing to create integrity in the body and stillness in the mind. Classes have options for all levels, and include breathwork, flows to build strength and openness in the body, and guided meditations that ground and inspire.

This practical class for all levels has a slower pace where we go into detail about posture, breath, alignment, and strength – to build integrity and balance in the body.
An intelligent practice for living well, focusing on skills, strength, mobility, breathwork and mindfulness, which will leave you stronger, more connected to your body and just feeling great.
Ideal for complete beginners as well as more experienced yogis looking to refine their practice.
