What is Morning Sādhana?
A morning practice that I’m passionate about, that focuses on working with the subtle body to harness and raise our prāṇa to create balanced, sustained energy for the day ahead.
We’ll start with a short seated meditation to check in, then easy movement - sukṣma vyāyāma joint exercises, sūrya namaskār and haṭha yoga postures. Simple practices that make a big impact on how we feel.
We finish with prāṇāyāma and chanting, before absorbing it all with śavāsana.
