Here’s my schedule of public classes around Glasgow and online. Please see below for more detail on what to expect from each class.

Strong Vinyasa at MCY

Magic Monday! This vinyasa class is designed to empower and inspire. Every class combines a creatively sequenced flow that is fun and challenging, with an energetic and philosophical focus. We use an engaging physical practice to explore philosophy in a practical way that will help us live better and more joyfully.  

This class combines influences of hatha and ashtanga yoga, and integrates meditation and pranayama as well as practical explorations of the philosophy of yoga.

Yin Yoga at MCY

In yin we yield. There are some parts of us that we can’t access in a yang practice, and in yin we use the principle of non-doing to allow the practice to unfold, both in the textures of the body and the rhythms of the mind. 

My yin practice is all about creating a vibe. I design my sequences informed by principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, nature’s elements and yoga philosophy, but most of all - how things feel. This class is suitable for all levels including beginners.You can expect long holds, slow soulful moves, pranayama, and meditations, all to leave you feeling deeply nourished and inspired.

Queer Joy! LGBTQIA+ yoga

The sweetest community class for queer folks - a welcoming, body-neutral space for gentle meditative moves, connecting with the breath, and being in community.
A space to come truly as you are - where we queer notions of time and space, where practising what is right for your body is the utmost priority.
We start by meeting each other and gently checking in, then we move, and finally settle in for tea and vegan snacks.

Tuesday mornings at The Deep End from 10.30 til 11.30 (ish!) with optional tea and chat afterwards.

 

Morning Sādhana

A morning practice that I’m passionate about, that focuses on working with the subtle body to harness and raise our prāṇa to create balanced, sustained energy for the day ahead.
We’ll start with a short seated meditation to check in, then easy movement - sukṣma vyāyāma joint exercises, sūrya namaskār and haṭha yoga postures. Simple practices that make a big impact on how we feel.
We finish with prāṇāyāma and chanting, before absorbing it all with śavāsana.
