Private classes and 121 are such a fruitful way to work - get individual attention, refine your technique, customise the practice for your own body, your goals and your needs.
In 121 I teach ashtanga, vinyasa, hatha yoga and meditation. We can put together the practice that works for you.

Hands on assists can be a helpful and beautiful part of the individual class, if that’s something you’d like to do.

I also have experience working with special circumstances such as pregnancy, injury, trauma, grief.
