Philosophy Club is an accessible, rich, modern and alive space for discovery, exploration, and experience of the rich tradition of teachings of yoga that is practical, heart driven and community led.

In our 90 minutes together we’ll explore how yoga philosophy can unfold in our practice and in our lives, by questioning, unpacking, discussing, and sharing - what we feel, what we wonder, what makes sense and what doesn't.
We'll explore themes primarily from the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras, but also touch on the Upanishads and the Vedic tradition as well as a range of wider cultural influences.

There will be continuity across our meetings but each session will also stand on its own.
Philosophy Club is ideal if you have studied yoga philosophy on your 200hr training and are keen to dive deeper, but equally suited to those with no past philosophy experience who are just curious about this rich tradition.

In 2022 Philosophy Club will be livestreamed too.

Philosophy all around the world!

In order to open Philosophy Club up to people not in Glasgow, I’m offering these sessions over zoom as well. This will be available to book in blocks of four sessions.
If you are able to attend live, you’ll be able to participate interactively like in the studio. Recordings will be sent for all online bookings, so if you can’t attend live, you’ll be able to watch them at your leisure.
