Yoga Philosophy

what is yoga philosophy all about?
Yoga philosophy doesn’t have to be esoteric or academic, it’s a science that’s concerned with thinking and living better. Yoga is a practice of:
Seeing the world
as it Really Is
(and not how our mind distorts it)
Learning how to Deal, and the best way to interact with the world to create the most harmony
Getting out of our own way (from our self-sabotage, blind spots, limiting beliefs, and habitual patterns)

I believe you shouldn’t have to do a teacher training just to learn about yoga philosophy. You can dive straight in, and I can show you where to start.
“Ema always teaches with so much clarity, precision and meaning, and it never gets too abstract (even when they’re talking about abstract things”
