Join me together with my friends Nicole and Rachael for this quarterly Candlelit Meditation & Yoga Nidra – a space to pause, soften and settle, even as the season gathers pace.
Held by the gentle glow of candlelight, this 90-minute session is designed to support deep rest and support your nervous system. A chance to step out of the busyness, reflect and reconnect with yourself.
You’ll be guided through meditation and Yoga Nidra – often described as yogic sleep – a deeply restorative practice where you simply lie down, get comfortable and listen. We’ll close the session with mantra.
No experience is needed. You can rest on a mat or by a wall, wrapped in blankets, or sit if that feels more comfortable.
Led by MCY teachers Ema, Nicole and Rachael, this session is held with care, creating a calm, welcoming space.
