Join Ema and Marta, two experienced practitioners, in an exploration of yin yoga and deeply nourishing and grounding touch for deep rest.
This 2.5h session will bring together a unique combination of yin yoga, Thai yoga massage, meditation and yoga Nidra. You will be guided through a series of supported yin postures while receiving deeply grounding and nourishing hands-on Thai yoga massage which will release tensions and stress, and promote deep rest.
