In this 90 minute workshop we’ll cover:
- what is the subtle body?
- energy maps of different traditions
- teaching language - what are you talking to?
- integrating layers of self into practice - in āsana practice, prāṇāyāma and meditation
- weaving this into regular classes
This class is available for replay, but live attendance is recommended to benefit from the practical exercises.
