I have had a filmmaking practice since 2008, below you can see some examples of my work which range from abstract visual art to documentary and some experimental narrative pieces.
Fariba’s Story (2023)
While working in communications for charity Amma Birth Companions I filmed and directed this profile of Fariba, a former client and current peer supporter for the Amma community.
The Golden Chain (2012)
My ECA Film Directing MA grad film, based on Chekhov’s Three Sisters, starring Annabel Logan.
Minute Cake #35 (2014)
Between 2013 and 2015 I did a project called ‘Minute Cake’, where I made abstract, 1-minute films capturing moments of life, released regularly on social media and youtube. There were 66 of these films made in total.
Marina (2014)
In 2014 my friend Marina was nominated for best English teacher at a competition in Moscow, this film I filmed and directed supported her entry.
