This practical and community -driven class for all levels has a slower pace where we go into detail about posture, breath, biomechanics, and strength – to build integrity and balance in the body.
The class is highly collaborative, with feedback, discussion, and troubleshooting woven in to the structure of the practice.

An intelligent practice for living well, focusing on skills, strength, mobility, breathwork and mindfulness, which will leave you stronger, more connected to your body and just feeling great.

Ideal for complete beginners as well as more experienced practitioners looking to refine their practice.
