NEED TO KNOW is an online yoga education class, designed to provide clear and accessible background to yoga wisdom teachings - to demystify and contextualise, so that the texts and broader teachings make sense and can be applied in our regular practice.
Fortnightly, online, 60mins. This pass is for a block of 5 classes, from 18th March to 22nd July.
If you can’t attend these sessions live, recordings for all classes will be provided.
On purchase, you’ll receive a link to the zoom meeting by email. Recordings will be available shortly after the class.
